This shipment was hand-inspected and carefully packed by skilled and experienced packers. Under normal handling it should reach you in the same perfect condition as it left our premises and any damages are the responsibility of the carrier who is liable for its safe transport. This includes any concealed damages which may have been caused by shock and vibration.

Should you discover damage, you must proceed as follows:

  1. Notify us at once, (carrier allows a maximum of 15 days after receipt of goods). We will not accept deductions for damages against your invoice without our written consent.
  2. Save all cartons along with packing materials and damaged items. This is required for you to receive any credit for claims.
  3. Damaged merchandise, cartons and packing materials will be inspected by the carrier and picked up at the carrier’s discretion.
  4. Do not return any merchandise directly to Old World Christmas unless instructed.
